Every item is sent insured so if your item is damaged via USPS, you can file a claim with USPS for a refund. For non-clothing items, refunds will only be given if the item is returned to Cross And Crown Fiber Arts and postmarked within 3 business days of original receipt of item; return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer.
