No refunds or exchanges are accepted for clothing items due to health reasons.  All items are thoroughy inspected and photographed prior to shipping.  Every item is sent insured so if your item is damaged via USPS, you can file a claim with USPS for a refund.  You must be able to provide USPS with photographs/evidence of your damaged packaging and item.  

For non-clothing items, refunds will only be given if the item is returned to Cross And Crown Fiber Arts and postmarked within 3 business days of original receipt of item; return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer. You must contact Cross And Crown Fiber Arts immediately if you need to return an item.  crossandcrownfiberarts@gmail.com or use the "Chat" button on this page. Item must be received in the same condition as it was sent to you, if it is then you will be issues a refund of the item price minus the shipping.  All items are photographed prior to being shipped out.
